Biography: A two year career as a prosecutor at the Office of the State Attorney for the 15th judicial circuit allowed Jeffrey Vivo to make the courtroom his second home. Mr. Vivo has tried 25 jury trials , h,led thous,s of cases, ranging from First-degree felonies punishable by life, to Second-degree misdemeanors. Mr. Vivo spent time in the County Court divisions, Drug Court, First Appearances, , h,led cases with Spanish-speaking only defendants during misdemeanor arraignments.
